Job Overview
The Budtender position is a vital position on the Stoner&Co front of house team. Budtenders work directly with our customers, from the moment they walk into the storefront to the moment they leave. Budtenders are responsible for making sure that each and every customer is welcomed, accurately checked in, and served in a friendly and positive manner.
Budtenders report directly to the front of house management team, and are responsible for serving customers and completing transactions in the Dutchie point of sale system. Budtenders are responsible for maintaining accurately balanced registers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, including the lobby, bathrooms, and budtending stations. Budtenders are cannabis experts, and are able to provide customers with accurate information on cannabis products, Stoner&Co. strains, and the laws and compliance surrounding cannabis as a whole.

Requirements
As members of the Stoner&Co team, budtenders must be over the age of 21, with a high school diploma or GED. Budtenders excel at customer service, and are able to accurately count and handle money and products. Working in a retail setting candidates have to be flexible with their schedule's and be able to work night's, weekends, and some holiday's.
